　　Whether you’re in the business world, military, sports, or even government, you’ve read, heard, seen, etc. many opinions on the importance of attitude in performance. While a few authors may downplay attitude as a primary driver of performance, many more believe it is the key ingredient in high production. There are reasons for this strong belief.

　　World famous statesman Winston Churchill put this issue in wonderful and simple perspective when he said, “Attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference.”

　　Understand that attitude will always make a big difference – for better or worse. A poor attitude will make the same level of difference as a good attitude. However, your customers, your company, and you will not be pleased with the effect. Your attitude will affect your performance, whether you want it to or not.

　　Even the simplest, most neutral statements you make will create judgments – conscious or subconscious – by listeners. A speaker’s attitude will affect the listener, positively or negatively, just as strongly as the spoken words. In a customer service environment, even delivering bad news can generate a positive customer response if you have a great attitude, displaying empathy, concern, and interest in the customer’s feelings.

　　If you’re convinced that attitude rules, you might become a “positive attitude guru” if you use some of the following tips and practice your delivery until it becomes automatic. Here are some suggestions that you can use starting tomorrow.

　　This is Sunny Wang ,one from class one,grade three,major in tour guiding .My friends always said ,I look like sunshine.So they like to call me Sunny in English.Now its a big today is “never give up” “Its long long journey,till I know where I supposed to be”,life is just like journey ,you never know what will happen,Luckly , I am a tour guide on my own .

　　The way to journey ,tour guide take me out of cross way .i like to be tour guide and I want to be .Durring our life travelling ,we may come across lots of pleasant or unpleasant things ,but we must go on ,yes?Going on to find the way to make our beautiful dream true .however they can be changed into experience in our life ,so let it be ,and never give up .

　　Several days ago ,President Zhang encouraged to improve our passionate .She refered to the story about Deng yaping .As well known to us ,Deng yapping ,who is known to the world at the end of last century .While in fact ,the height of her actually less than 150cm .It was she who got the world chompin ships 14 times and continues rank No.1of the women table tennise at 8 times .

　　Whats more ,she was presented the globe medal by him in person at Olympic games .She was reputed the “table tennis queen”and “short giantes” As a matter of fact ,originally,according to the table tenise professors ,Deng yaping was a miracle because she is too short to play table tenise .but ,as a result ,she made it .An repoter once asked she “whats make you win ?”she replyed with light smile ,”I could always find the teason that I can and never give up for my dreams .” Yes ,the spirit of “ never give up” achievement herself .But for us,do we try our best to make our dream ture ,can we always find a reason that we can do when we come across troubles ?

　　I cant help recalling my life ,two years ago ,when I first came into the colleage ,naturely shy ,ordinary looking and average scoers in my study .

　　i just like a ugly duckling and have little confidence .what should I do ,I asked myself ,am I take back seat to others .i want to fly and proud tell the world ,I am coming .i remind of Deng yapping ,she can overcome the problem of her height ,so can I .Firstly ,I pay more efforts on my study and take part in competions .

　　Of course I did and I gained lots of experience ,furthermore ,I gained courage and coffidence to face any troubles in my life ,thanks to competitions! Life is just like farming ,you can reap depend a lot on your sowing and delication.So once you have dream please keep on and never give up enven in toughst time .the diffcult steap may be the one to top.At last ,Ladies and Gentlemen ,can we speak out to ourselves “never give up,never give up.iam in to win!Always “image you will”! 　　Different people has different dreams. Someone wants to be a doctor. Someone wants to be a basketball player，because he is good at sports. Someone wants to be a writer， because he likes writing. Someone wants to be a teacher because he likes teaching children.

　　What do I want to do when I’m older?

　　You see,I like playing the piano and I am good at it. So I want to become a piano player.(pianist). Playing the piano is very interesting. And you can learn something of music. Piano can make your life beautiful and happy. Your life is full of music. A lot of musicians and singers love playing the pianos.

　　I could play the piano when I was ten years old. All of my teachers and my classmates say I can play the piano very well. I have got Grand Five . I hope when I’m sixteen years old , I can get Grand Eight.

　　Now I’m a middle school student. There are many things at school. Sometimes ,I have no time to play the piano. But,I’ll still be harder and harder to practise.The youngest pianoist, Langlang is my idol. He is such a great pianoist.I hope I can be a pianoist like him.

　　I know becoming a piano is a hard job. But I believe I can do it. There is a will, there is a way. My dream will come ture one day. Believe me! Thank you!

　　Recently, ther is a heated debate in our society. The college students are the beneficiaries of a rare privilege, who receive exceptional education at extraordinary places. But will we be able to face the challenge and support ourselves against all odds? Will we be able to better the lives of others? Will we be able to accept the responsibility of building the future of our country?

　　The cynics say the college students are the pampered lost generation, which would cringe at the slightest discomfort. But the cynics are wrong. The college students I see are eagerly learning about how to live independently. We help each other clean the dormitory, go shopping and bargain together, and take part time jobs to supplement our pocket money.

　　The cynics say we care for nothing other than grades; and we neglect the need for character cultivation. But again, the cynics are wrong. We care deeply for each other, we cherish freedom, we treasure justice, and we seek truth. Last week, thousands of my fellow students had their blood type tested in order to make a contribution for the children who suffer from blood cancer.

　　As college students, we are adolescents at the critical turning point in our lives. We all face a fundamental choice: cynicism or faith, each will profoundly impact our future, or even the future of our country. I believe in all my fellow classmates. Though we are still inexperienced and even a little bit childish. I believe that we have the courage and faith to meet any challenge and take on our responsibilities. We are preparing to assume new responsibilities and tasks, and to use the education we have received to make our world a better place. I believe in our future.

　　mother was playing with her lovely daughter about 3 years old on the playground. The little girl was interested in playing the swing but didn’t dare to try. The mother encouraged her by saying, “Come on, baby! I believe you can do it! Believe in yourself!” With her mother’s encouragement, the girl finally climbed onto the swing.

　　“Yeah! I can do it! Mum, help me fly higher!” she cried happily, and her laughter filled the air. I see that self-confidence is a key factor in problem-solving. With self-confidence, I can overcome difficulties. With self-confidence, I can surpass limits. With self-confidence, I can go beyond myself.

　　Here, ladies and gentle, allow me to share with you my experience. I love English and now, I can stand on this stage to express my ideas in English. But when I first entered into the college, I was such a shy boy that I couldn’t speak Chinese fluently in the crowd, let alone show my English in public. In the second school year, I was assigned to be one of the hosts at an English Competition.

　　I had no experience in hosting at that time so it was really a challenge to me. I didn’t know what to say, and even how to step on the stage? However, I decided to take the assignment since after 2-year of English study, I became more confident in myself. Also, teachers’ remarks encouraged me, “If you are not self-confident, it is impossible to make others believe in you. If you cannot go beyond your limits, it is impossible to make any improvement.” I accomplished the task at last, and the success confirms to myself that I can go beyond my limits. I can surpass myself. Yes, I can.

　　With self-confidence, one is not sure to win, but without self-confidence, one will lose for sure. Today, Standing here, participating in this competition, for me it is also a challenge. Am I sure to win the first prize?

　　To tell the truth, not really. Then, am I confident to compete with the other participants? Absolutely. I believe in myself. I believe I will try my best to overcome all difficulties. I am well-ready to face the challenge. I am quite self-confident that I can again go beyond myself.
